The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) has scheduled five Public Input Hearings to gather information from PPL customers and all parties impacted by the proposed distribution rate increase request of PPL Electric Utilities. The PUC is the state agency that is investigating the proposed rate increase and it will make the final determination as to what increase, if any, is just and reasonable.

The Office of Consumer Advocate represents consumer interests and encourages all customers affected by this proposed rate increase to participate.

One of the scheduled public hearings will take place in the Harrisburg area on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at 6 p.m. in the Commonwealth Keystone Building, 400 North Street, Hearing Room 1, Harrisburg.
